Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Jacksonville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
