Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Indianapolis area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
