Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Timber Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
