Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Amber Construction is a Indianapolis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
