Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Loom Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
