Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Houston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
