Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
