Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Houston, TX)

Foxglove Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Houston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
