Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
