Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
