Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Linden Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
