Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Honolulu, HI)

Summit Nest Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Honolulu, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
