Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Amber Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
