Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
