Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Rowan Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system.
