Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Drift Foods is a Hartford food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
