Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Hartford, CT)

Bright Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Hartford, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
