Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
