Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Maple Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Fresno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
