Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Granite Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
