Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Summit Rook Press produces print and digital publications in Fresno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
