Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Fresno area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
