Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Fresno area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
