Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Drift Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
