Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Hollow Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
