Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Health and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
