Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Quarry Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in El Paso, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 424 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
