Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around El Paso, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
