Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Linden Civic Services is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
