Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Meadow Markets is a El Paso retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
