Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Nova Granite Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
