Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Basin Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
