Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
