Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Yarrow Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
