Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Quill Health is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
