Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Detroit, MI)

Nova Union Health is a healthcare provider in Detroit with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
