Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Bridge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Detroit. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
