Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
