Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Vista Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
