Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
