Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Bright Markets Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
