Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
