Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
