Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Denver, CO)

Nova Drift Foods produces packaged foods at its Denver plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people based in Denver. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
