Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Umber Facilities looks after properties across the Denver region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
