Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Civic Services supports public agencies in Denver with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Denver. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to public records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support public records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
