Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Denver, CO)

Lumen Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Denver, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
