Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Denver, CO)

Cedar Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Denver. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
