Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Facilities Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
