Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Beacon Press is a printer and publisher in Dallas serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
